Reached out to Mamedica via social media. Was called back the same day by Toby who was fantastic. He was able to answer all of my questions and clear up some eligibility queries. I feel like I'm making the right choice by choosing Mamedica as my clinic and speaking to Toby validated that. Great knowledge and looking forward to becoming a patient. Thank you 🙏

Due to my Anxiety issues I really did get myself in quite a mess whilst leading up to the consultation, and found myself phoning the support team quite regularly to check details etc, (panicking, in other words), every time I spoke to someone they instantly made me feel calmer and relaxed about the whole process, and before I knew it I was talking to Dr Singh, who again was so lovely and down to earth, I’ve now received my first prescription and genuinely believe this is going to change my life for the better. Thank you MAMEDICA , great team ! 100% Recommend !

Was initially anxious due to mixed reviews, but made the decision to jump to MaMedica because of their £200 lifetime deal and also because they let you choose your own strains on a monthly basis. After receiving my first perscription I only have good words to say about my experience with them. I had switched from another clinic, and the transition felt smooth and easy. I was given a decision to choose between two different amounts I could be perscribed per month, depending on the THC percentage I selected and was happy to had been given this option. My experience with the pharmacy was very positive, I called in to let them know I would be away for 4 days and if they could send my parcel on Friday, to which they did and it arrived today (Saturday.) My only bone to pick would be that they take usually around 8-10 to dispense a perscription according to most people. If this is the case, hopefully I can submit my perscription earlier to not be left without meds but maybe someone from MaMedica can comment and let me know if this is the case. If not I may request to change back to my previous pharmacy who delivered next day without fail, and who also stock noidics which MaMedica apparently does not. Overall very positive experience and I hope it stays smooth sailing from here on out!

I’m a new patient with Mamedica and I never normally write reviews, however on this occasion I felt it a must. The whole experience has been amazing. My consultation was comfortable, supportive and informative. I felt so much better after it! Then, the ordering process and receiving my meds was just excellent! It arrived a day after I paid for it. I called the clinic to request a travel letter and they expedited it in less than 2 hours! I feel so good being part of this professional clinic and I’m so pleased I’ve found them. Everyone so far that I’ve interacted with has been professional, supportive and the patient experience has been second to none! Thank you Mamedica!
